THANKS. It arrived quickly and was packaged nicely. This item was exactally as explained. I was pleasantly pleased knowing that this was a cookbook, I wasn't sure what it might look like.but had very little wear to it, and no food smudges etc on it (as it does now that I've been using it).
I had always used the Joy of Cooking as a guide, but I needed to learn how to cook with lower fat and calories. I got the ring-bound version which stays open while you are using it, which some of the newer WW books don't have. It is full of all the basic recipes that one needs to know to cook well and also has many excellent, healthy, good-tasting creations.
It is wonderful to have "diet" food that everyone loves. Nice photos too. Many familiar recipes done differently and lots of new and international ideas too.
I absolutely LOVE this cookbook. with lots of calorie-saving and flavorful ideas I would have never thought of. An excellent investment.
After I joined Weight Watchers I had to learn how to cook differently. I checked out many cookbooks, but this was the best one by far for good, basic "how-to" recipes (sauces, soups, etc).
My husband loves the things that I have cooked from this book. These recipes are great and easy to follow. There are recipes for everyday and also some that are a little fancier.
The shipping time was less than a week and the book was in great condition.
WW is great for loosing weight but I would eat this good even w/o being on the diet. The recipies look yummy, there is a good variety and the ingredients are easy to find. The recipes don't call for fat free everything (most is low fat cheese or sodium free broth type stuff) so you still get a lot of good flavor.
